1. General Information
Pieces of Oak is a UK-based e-commerce store that provides oak timber products directly to consumers. Our products are crafted specifically for each order based on customer specifications.

2. Product Customisation
Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are manufactured according to the measurements and requirements provided by the customer. Please ensure that all details are accurate before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect specifications.

3. No Returns or Exchanges
As our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and manufactured.

Exceptions: We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or is found to be defective. Please see section 4 for details.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@getplanks.co.uk. Include a description and photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the claim and, if valid, arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Cancellations
Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, production will begin, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

6. Liability
Pieces of Oak is not liable for any damages arising from improper use, handling, or installation of our products.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law. By purchasing from Pieces of Oak, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
